Habinashi Sighed, His Ever-white skin looked like salt in the early morning light. His yellows eyes seemed to disapear against the light coming through the only crack in his 'cell' saddly but not doubtingly he stood up and bumped his head on the moist low cealing. feeling his way though the utter darkness he found the door. (basicly just a hatch iwth no handle.) he bared his short fingernails to pull it upon and so the guards could not hear him as he snuck out unto the roof.
Upon escaping the imidient grasp of he jonin guards. he stood facing nothing but sand. miles and miles of it. "HEY Toothpaste" a bulky and crosseyed guard yelled upon seeing him upon the roof. his arms open to grab and catch him.
Habinashi's eyes flashed "stupification" he said in his scarlet voice. he guard stopped in his tracks. if Habinashi blinked he would be free but he could hold the jutsu for a few moments. Putting his hand in his pocket he felt for a small spinter and played with it in his fingers. "Sad is'nt it." he said eyes unblinking. "my life, first one cell then free then another, and all i know is blood. he walked toward the guard who had to copy and walk toward him. Then moving and flipping the spinter in his hands realesed him from the jutsu.
"Demon scum!" the guard said as he jumped arms outstreched to grab him "Mummblenews" he said staring off into the snrise then without looking he stuck the splinter into he eye that was slightly crosseyed. then he pushed into the scalp then into the brain.
Thenas soon as he stopped writhing he pulled his ram out of his eye socket and jumped away toward the sands. the other stronger guard chasing him after he had hear the shreaks of his now died partner.
Habinashi was done with this sandy hell.
Time to fly.

Niisen sighed and began traversing the great desert. He had changed his attire in accordance with this mission. Crossing a desert wearing black and revealing clothes was nothing short of stupid. He wore a white cloak that covered every inch of his body, and underneath it he wore little more than his fishnet stockings.
Instead of appearing like a tall thin skeleton dressed in black, he looked completely white from top to bottom, he even picked a color that matched his long white hair. He had his trusted katana at his side as always, sheathed and hanging in a white piece cloth tied around his waist. In his backpack he had a dozen bottles filled with water, shuriken, kunai and some food.
His mission was to eliminate a young sand prodigy. Apparently he had some potential that the Mizukage choose to recognize as dangerous in the wrong hands. Truth be told he found it a waste of his time. Didn't the Mizukage have anything better to have him do? Surely he was underestimating his abilities. He would have to bring it up once he returned.
After a while he made it to a small oasis, deep in the desert. He had already used up some of his water, and he wasn't one to waste a chance like this. He stopped and refilled his bottles and rested for a little while.

Habinashi ran though the village quietly as he slipped under a sand house. then waiting a time he came out from under the house and behind a crate and snuck over the building. He had lost them.
Noting that he was now a missing-nin and had noware to run his best guess was to escape, stay moving and keep under Lord Orochimaru's radar. So he seemingly diapeeared til five feet from the gate when a trump sounded. They were looking for him now. Suddenly a hawk frew over head. "A message"
If it made it's way from the village they would hunt him down and he could find no respite. plus it might be going to a assasain. set with his trail. so turning back he snuck behind a street vender stabbed him in the back of the neck and set him on the edge of the cart. no scream no problem. Then taking the water it was stored in a gourd no unlike Garra's he ran taward the gate to chase after the bird.
He kept pace til he made it to the gate. two chunin and the gate was going down. He made a break for it. Running he waws faster then both chunin he could tell. but one chunin noticed and shot a electric based attack at him. he dodged and jumped over him stabbed his left neck limfnode then tossed his body over his shoulder into is partner then threw a shurikan into the both of then.
then he ran away under the gate in towords the oasis to fill he water. there he could get the feel of the land and get the h*ll out of dodge.
Then before he moved again he made a handsign and the shuriken exploded killing both chunin. (it had been tied to a ninja wire on the dead man's body. if they moved it would pull him down and signal the expolsive tag.)
He did'nt care he did'nt even shrug. so he ran blood on his right hand up to his elbow. blood on his tunic frommthe vender and blood in his everblack hair from the fast stab on the chunin. he had gotten lucky. Plus he had more to loose. Plus he had the instict of a killer this was all perfectly natural...

The desert sun was high in the sky. Niisen poured some water over his face to avoid drying up. His keen senses where active even while he was relaxing a bit. The natural instincts of a ninja, developed and polished through years of living with danger close to you is not something normal people can comprehend.
For the briefest moment he had a flashback of battles past. But he quickly regained his senses. Loosing focus like this wasn't like him... He stood up and packed down his things. It was about time to move on. He had things to do and he wasn't the type to slack off when he had a mission to complete.
But his movements came to a halt. What was it? He was sure he heard someone approaching. He took a look around. Nothing in the direction he came from. He hadn't been followed. Then who...? As he turned around, he saw a figure in the horizon. Someone was approaching the oasis. This wasn't a bad chance. He could capture whoever came and question them about his target. Seems like the gods wanted his mission to be over quickly.
He did nothing to hide his presence. He was practically inviting whoever it was to come at him. Niisen had a steady source of water right behind him. This was the best circumstances for him to fight in.

The white demon ran four ninja now behind him. his little quest back into the city for water had called chunin to go after him. if he didnt move faster or loose them fast he would be in some trouble. chunins would make things a little messy. The Oasis would be a good place to loose them. it gave cover and more water.
forcing his eyes to see father into the borderline of the earth where the sun was setting. the light of the coming morn was casting large shadows on the sand with it you could see for mies. A good defence for ninja.
...a speck.
...a man.
... another peice of crap he had to deal with. But maybe just maybe. if he killed the traveler then at least one of the ninja would have to care for him til they knew he was dead. Strange thing honor they seem to want to save the dead's just to keep their own...
Thirty feet upon the target he saw the the glare of a mist headband. He almost cussed. the mist were once called the bloodmist ninja for the ability to teach the old generation how to fight without the fear of blood. and this guy looked about that age. He stopped staring at the man.
his skin almost glittered in the sun. The White demon just stood there. "move" he simply said "I need to kill you" he said as if he only asked for a quarter or spoon of sugar or maybe just a quick hand. The chunin were closing in now that he had stopped he only had a about two min. tops.
(ooc: soory for the late responce. i had some crap to deal with.)

The person finally got close enough for Niisen to analyze him properly. He was...disappointed to say the very least. Whoever he was, he was young, fragile and careless. He could hardly be more than a mere genin. "Move. I need to kill you" The words he spoke where calm, they eased off his tongue as smoothly as silk. The kid had just gotten a mark in Niisens book, but he had still insulted him. But he was quite lucky. Rather than having to go to the Sand village and pick up this kid, he came straight to him. It seemed like the gods favored him. He took a gentle grip upon the hilt of his sword and drew it in a flash.
His mastery of this peculiar blade was to the point where it was as good as an extension of his own body. Though the child was no threat, he wished to end this quickly. The katana hung, seemingly limp in his hand, down his side. He was quite relaxed despite the fact that he was about to draw blood. "You must kill me? Learn some manners punk. You're in the presence of a superior foe. Do not delude yourself and think of this as a battle. It will be a one-sided massacre."
It was not until at this point that his attention flickered as he finally noticed the chuunin. There where two of them. He blamed himself for not being more alert. He should not have assumed that he would be alone. "Your friends will not make a difference."

Habinashi ALMOST flinched at the sword being drawn but then again it was not in his natare to flinch had it been some other ninja they would have ran to the side or dodge of started some handseals but Habinashi was not some normal genin or ninja.
To himself he though of how he could get rid of the two chunin behind him and suddenly he came up with a idea. without giving anthing away he took a wide stance that made him look foolish and overpowerfull but this was just what he wanted. then he said in a fake lofty voice " I am the one they call Demon..." he said the word demon like it was his name. "and the two coming after me are my slaves and warriors i have trained" he lied "and you cannot defeat them for they are invincible!! WHAHAHA!"
he hoped the lie would work and the bloodlusty swordsman would rid him of the two.

He silently observed the young boy before him. He had never been a good judge of character... But on the other hand it didn't really matter what they called him and who served him. If they where truly invincible then thy might be able to warm him up a little. He observed the two coming from behind the boy. There was still some distance, but as it was now they didn't look like much to him. He looked back at the young boy and saw deep into his eyes. It was like staring into empty holes. Niisen could not help but notice a little resemblance to himself...
But this was not the time nor the place for such speculations. Finally he got back on track and decided on what to do. He could not allow the boy to escape under any circumstances. This much was clear. And the two soldiers approaching, where a problem. Even if they where not the boys friends, they where still likely to be hostile. So he made a quick judgment, He was going to capture the boy alive and dispose of the two others. He formed a string of handseals and in an instant, two columns of water rose up behind him and silently took Niisens shape. When they where fully developed they stood on either side of him. The plan was quite simple but effective nonetheless. One clone takes care of the kid while he and the other clone takes on the two on two battle.
"Bring on your soldiers then. I'm an impatient man."
