Jutsu Name: Fuuton - Rinrintaru Shippuu no Jutsu -- Wind element - Biting Gale Technique

Chakra Element: Fuuton [wind]
Description: Eiko devoted almost all of her time to developing her own jutsu and skills, often forgetting to eat as she focused her mind on attaining the skill to become a chuunin.
For this technique she was trying to emit enough focused wind chakra into her metal fans to slice through a boulder. She was succeeding in building up the chakra but as soon as she managed to focus it she would accidentaly release it in a furious gust from the fan.
In her haste to slash the boulder before she released the chakra she found that by swiping the fan as the chakra was released she could slice through the boulder without coming into contact with it. From that moment she began to develope the non-contact attacks. She learnt that by releasing a huge amount of chakra with a large swipe she could create a large deep slash through the air whereas by releasing a small amount with little more than a flick of her wrist she could slice a rope accurately without damaging anything that surrounded it. She can also use the chakra blasts to deflected projectiles.
Because this technique is so versitile she has little use for other ninjutsu.[/i]

Chakra Element: Fuuton [wind]
Description: When eiko was developing her biting gale technique for the chuunin exams she realised that as a ninja she would need to be prepared for different terrain. This gave her the inspiration to develope a technique to chill the wind chakra she launched in her attacks.
After much experimentation she found that by focusing chakra on each fan and spinning them round and round each other she could produce a rotating orb of icy air. Due to the time the spinning and build up of chakra took, the technique was nto suited for close combat though she could raise it's speed by spinning the fans faster.
Launching the orb was a matter of speed and force in flicking her fans forwards to gain maximum impact on the target, be it a human body or a patch of water. The keen nature of wind chakra resulted in the slashing on the target but it was baarely enough to break skin. The main advantages of the blast were the chilling effect it had freezing any moisture on the surfaces it hit. Eiko also found that if the launch was forceful enough it could knock the wind out of a human target and in rare occasions knock them over.
This attack is in not an ice attack though it can freeze water. It is purely wind element.[/i]
