Jiyuu is a normal size for his age. He his medium haircut, it is uniquely designed, but Jiyuu himself. His blonde hair stays the same the whole time. He spiked his head so much times that it stays up by itself, it only falls when he has a shower, or water hits it. He isn't the strongets of his age group but he is a very good shinobi for his age. He would be able take at least one shinobi to three at max at the same time.
Background:
Jiyuu lived on his own for most of his life. The reasons were because his parents had died on a mission when he was a small child. He wasn' table to live in the Leaf village, he wasn't sure why but it always brought sad memories about his family, and everything related to it. So he ran away form Konoha at the age of thirteen, he then survived on his own by hunting and doing stuff like that to stay alive. He trained himself to become a killer.
He never cared about anyone after leaving the Leaf village.
The young teenager, had been wandering the lands of different countries, for a year now and had found nobody that cared about him or even tried to help him. He looked down on people like they were mud and he had to stamp on them. He would treat the people the way they treated him.

This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the eardrum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.

Because it is genjutsu, only the target can hear the sound, which can then disorient the opponent or weaken the opponent’s resolve as well as cause an immediate distraction. As the sound is not real, no actual damage is done to the ears and as such they may continue to hear fine afterwards.

The target experiences a horde of phantasmal images swirling around its body, tearing and clawing at it. Those who undergo such a devastating feel will become shaken up, leaving a taste of un morale to attacks and capability to think. When the user is "D" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of thirty meters. When the user is "C" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of forty meters. When the user is "B" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of fifty meters. When the user is "A" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of sixty meters. When the user is "S" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of seventy meters.

Description: The target believes that it is suddenly covered by a swarm of thousands of insects. They then suddenly experience the insects biting and stinging at them and burrowing underneath the skin. Driving them into a sudden state of panic. The target freaks out greatly in pain. This technique lasts only as long as the type of class level they are. When they are of course a "D" class warrior, this technique is only capable of having this technique last for as long as one round. For every class the user is higher then that of "D" it increases by two rounds. The user is capable of performing this technique within a radius of fifteen meters, plus ten meters for ever class level they are higher then that of "D".

Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips.

Drawback: After being used multiple times they begin to numb the user’s finger making it very difficult to use weapon’s such as Bows, Swords, or even Kunai. Can be trained multiple times to increase the amount of times that it is capable of using without making finger’s numb
Description: Once the user has performed the required handseals the user will outstretch his hands and his fingers. Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken.
