~ Goodbye Sand ~
Eiko walked silently and incredibly slowly through the warm sands on the outskirts of the great desert in the Land of Wind. Her face was dirty and her cheeks were tear stained. Her head hung low, allowing her white hair to mask the puffy red eyes beneath. Her baggy red kimono trailed gently in the sand, leaving a trail that covered the imprints made by her feet. She was sad, sad and angry at the situation within the Hidden Sand Village. Sabaku No Gaara the monsterous demon had been made Kazekage. She had tried to get used to the change but found it impossible. Gaara had killed as many sand ninja as any of the enemies if their nation, he had even killed her mother. She would not let herself fall into the trapping beleif that a demon would make a good, peaceful leader.
She vowed to herself to find a way of making Sunagakure the prosperous village it once was without Gaara at it's head. And so she had struck out into the desert. She wasn't sure where she was going or what she was looking for. She just knew that she had to do this, to leave and search for someway of getting the village back to it's pinnacle of power and wealth. Leaving the village had been emotional for Eiko. It was her home regardless of the political situation. She still held her forehead protecter in her hand as she neared the border of the country. She looked up and ahead into the distance. A figure had appeared some distance away. She put her head band in her concealed leg pouch. She didn't want to be identified by someone on the way to the village but she was determined she's be coming home to rejoin the ranks of the shinobi of Sunagakure. She continued her path in the direction of the distant person hoping it would be little more than a breif encounter with a traveler.

Habinashi, a name given to him to Kazekage's ago. now the new kage "Garra of the sand" would be made head of the shinobi village. Habinahi did not know what to feel for this "Garra" they said he was a monster... Like him.. Save he did'nt look like Orochimaru the "Snake Lord, the evil Sannin" and yet. He was being made into the Kazekage...
What would that mean for him? Would he be banished? or killed? or sent back to Orochimaru? that would be a life worse then death. Death was thought of as the only warmth and the only cold in your bones. The Savior of slaves and the protecter of the week not unlike a shinobi... Shinobi like him. were made to kill, a Shinobi, a Ninja, a Habinashi a Monster they were all the same...
And with that thought he began to walk about the egde of town with his two guards ever present. he walked though the sand with no way and place to go that would make others look upon him and not spit, or curse at him. Even now One of his Jonin Guards muttered several sharp remakes about the "demon"
soon he saw a shadow in the distance. he did not know what it was. he did not care his simply walked toward it out of curiosity.

Tsubaki watched the village from her hiding place. A large rock, that blocked the sun, and that had a small crevice at the bottom, that could be used for protection from strong winds and cold nights. This is where she had stayed since her foster mother's death.
From here she spotted two figures headed away from the village. Both were only black smudged on the horizon. They weren't near each other, but they were close enough to just see the other. they headed slowly toward her 'home.' She waited for them to get closer before the decided how to react. Would she had to fight, flee, would she talk to them, or hide? It all depended on who they were, if they knew her, and if they were some of the shinobi sent out to find her and bring her to the Kazekage. She had nothing against Gaara, but she didn't want to return to her village, not yet at least.

Eiko was keen to keep the fact she was striking out and abandoning the village a secret. This shouldn't be a problem considering she worked hard to blend in with the crowd in Sunagakure and so unless any people she met on her spontaneous travels knew her personally it was unlikely they would know her as a shinobi from Hidden Sand. As the distant figure appeared to be heading towards her she felt a brief twinge of panic. What if she was taken back to the village? What if she had to fight her way out of the situation? She'd be branded a traitor for life. She'd never be able to return to her home, even if she did find the solution to her dilema. As the figure approached she wiped her wet eyes and dirty cheeks.
Maybe scaring them off before they got to close was the best idea, maybe ignoring them would be better than going straight for an offensive approach. She came to conclusion that the later may well be the best way to deal with the oncoming stranger and if he persisted try to scare him off with a few senbon or jutsu. She was totally oblivious to the distant and observant girl as she watched the figures head out into the desert. She was more relaxed now that she had a plan. She focused her eyes on the sand and set her self on not acknowledging Habinashi.[/size]

As Habinashi closed the distance he saw the woman, Then without good reason save to annoy his Guards who seeming to hate when he tried to make conversation walked up to the woman stopping about four feet away and said: "Mistress, Forgive my Ignorance but are you not Strong enough to release me from they bonds from which bind me, by the laws of your nation?"
he was of corse referring to the two constant guards that must stand gurad over him at all times. Just because he was a escapee from Orochimaru's Testing labs, And Also for his pale skin and black hair that resembled the Lord Snake himself,
Then looking down he said:
"Funny thing Irony, You do everything to escape one person someone who made death seem so welcome that you would kill thousands of people and never feel some thing called 'regret' and still smile at he blow that killed you and you end up looking so much like him that your treated as a demon or Wild Bijuu... So you can never Escape him... Ever."
He said this almost to himself, Almost as if he could wright to words from the blood on his heart on the cold morning sand and say "Habinashi"
