This lively town is situated roughly 12 km from Konoha and is the home of the famous Fun Fun Street pleasure quarter. The town is marked with many hotels and entertainment venues and is very welcoming to visitors and tourists.

Crater City takes it's name from it's interesting location, in the midst of a large depression in the earth that surrounds it like a bowl. The city celebrates many vibrant festivals throughout the year.

Tanzaku town was once home to a beautiful castle which attracted visitors from miles around. Unforetunately the historical building was destoyed by Orochimaru and has not been rebuilt.

| Shuumatsu No Tani - The Valley Of The End
A vast statuary waterfall marking the border between the Fire Country and the Rice Field Country, the Valley marked a landmark where two shinobi fought great battle in the past. It is said the destruction was so great it tore the earth asunder, creating the very valley. The figure on the Fire Country side is the First Hokage, while the figure on the opposite side is Uchiha Madara.

| Abandoned City
The abandoned city is home to a secret supply shop run by a woman known as the Elder Cat and her ninja cats. It has been used by the Uchiha clan for many years. The reason this modern city is desolate is unclear.

| Rural Area
This is the countryside of the Fire Country. The vast area's that are not the sites of towns and cities are mainly forests and fields. There are a few rivers and lakes dotted throughout the terrain. It is a bright and warm country.

| Sunagakure No Sato - Hidden Sand Village (3 sub-boards)
The relationship between the Sand and Leaf has a troubled past, but the two villages have since become each others' closest allies. The isolated village rests in a nest of cliffs, and there is one path in, between itself and the desert. This combined with the leadership and skill of Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage, and his Sand Siblings boasts a secure future for their people.

| Kirigakure No Sato - Hidden Mist Village
The Hidden Mist has a reputation of producing cut-throat shinobi, and is known for excessive violence. A contributor to this accepted generalization is their graduation exam, in which classmates were pitted against each other in mortal combat. This assured that the next generation was skilled and prepared for the life of a ninja, but resulted in fewer numbers. The practice has since been discontinued, but there is no reason to think the Hidden Mist has gone soft.

The island that is The Water Country is typically cool and dotted with lakes and mist. It has a few hilly regions which tend to get a lot of snow.

| Kaminari No Kuni - Land of Lightning |
| Kumogakure No Sato - Hidden Cloud Village
Nested among the peaks of a vast mountain range, the Hidden Cloud finds itself overlooking the coast from soaring heights. Rivers coarse through the terrain, and thunderstorms frequent the region. Due to this, the area is often hidden among the clouds and fog, and is one of the few villages to be hidden in a literal sense.

The landscape of the Land of Lightning is scattered with mountains, the peaks of which are often crowned by cloud. From these huge mountains flow many rivers which meet the sea, causing a very crooked coastline. It is known for it's coastal beauty.

| Iwagakure No Sato - Hidden Rock Village
As could be expected to some degree, the Hidden Rock can be found within the barren lands that run along the mountain range to the Northwest of the Land of Fire. These mountains separate it from the other countries, giving it a great degree of isolation from its allies. Or protection from its enemies.

The Earth Country is composed mainly of desolate rocky areas and mountains. When the harsh winds pass over the mountains they pick up small rocks and carry them to neighbouring countries. The famous phenomenom is known as Rock Rain.

| Ame No Kuni - Land of Rain |
| Amegakure No Sato - Hidden Rain Village
As one of the lesser countries, the Hidden Rain has no Kage for a leader. In fact, the village has no true leader at all at this point. This is due to a civil war that broke out, which still rages on in the form of occasional strife. During this war the leader of the village, Hanzo, was killed, and it is now under the control of Pain of the Akatsuki. It is because of this war, and its involvement in the Third Great Shinobi War that the Hidden Rain has become an isolationist faction who's population consists, for the most part, of refugees.

The Land of Rain is prone to more rainfall than most countries and as a result there are many rivers that flow from it's hilly regions. The landscape is also dotted with forests.

| Taki No Kuni - Land of Waterfalls |
| Takigakure No Sato - Hidden Waterfall Village
As one of the lesser countries, the Hidden Waterfall has no Kage to lead it. Unlike the Hidden Rain, though, this village is rather well off. Perhaps because of having Shibuki at its head. The two villages are otherwise quite similar, including that both can count a few of their defect members among the Akatsuki. Attempts to invade the Hidden Waterfall have never been met with success, and the village takes great pride in that fact. It is also home to the tree that produces the Hero Water.

The lanscape in the Waterfall Country resembles that of the Fire Country. It is mainly forest though it's trees grow particularly large. There are also many rivers and cliffs which give rise to waterfalls

| Otagakure No Sato - Hidden Sound Village
Though the Feudal Lord was convinced to let Orochimaru found his own Hidden Village in what was once known as the Land of Rice Fields, it is more of a scattered spread of hideouts than a town. Within this web of secret lairs, it seems impossible to ever pinpoint Orochimaru's location.
